The District of Cochrane Social Services Administration Board was established in February 1999 by provincial legislation and is responsible for the planning and delivery of Ontario Works, Children's Services, Emergency Medical Services, Social & Affordable Housing, Homelessness Prevention Programs and Community Resource Centres.
