NEOFACS is a non-profit organization providing services to children, youth and families in the Districts of Cochrane and Timiskaming. As an integrated agency, we provide Child Welfare, Child and Youth Mental Health, Youth Justice, Prevention and Community-Based Services, along with a number of other programs and support services. Our crisis support is available nights, weekends and holidays. Appointments and group services are also available outside of our regular hours of operation, as needed.
