The Movement Studio is a Pilates Studio located in the heart of downtown Timmins. We offer Beginner to Advanced Pilates classes and Private Sessions for 1 or more people. Pilates works the core muscles which support the spine and works the entire body globally, great for those looking for more flexibility and great way to create long lean muscle. Nadia Lapointe a registered Physiotherapist, Manual Practitioner of Osteopathy, & Certified Pilates Teacher has teamed up with Tanya Walker a Certified Pilates Teacher and Movement Educator to provide Nadia’s patients and those in the general public with Pilates Sessions. The Movement Studio offers mat work exercises utilizing an array of Pilate’s apparatus, which add challenge and resistance. For Private Sessions we also offer Pilates Combo Chair & Pilates Springboard to step up your workout for which both Nadia & Tanya have received certification.
