Renew by Design, founded by Sonia Migneault, helps professionals and organizations prevent burnout and reclaim balance. After more than a decade practicing law in Northern Ontario—primarily as Senior Legal Counsel for child welfare agencies—Sonia experienced firsthand the toll of hustle culture and the systemic challenges that lead to exhaustion, high turnover, and lost productivity. Her journey through burnout inspired her to create a practical, cost-effective approach to workplace wellness that doesn’t require an organizational overhaul. Renew by Design offers coaching, training, and keynote speaking services that focus on three essential pillars: intentional rest, meaningful connection, and creativity. Sonia combines her legal expertise, leadership experience, and passion for teaching to help professionals rediscover purpose and organizations build healthier, more sustainable work environments. Based in Timmins, Renew by Design understands the unique realities of Northern workplaces and is committed to helping people thrive at work and in life.
