iCA Talent & Immigration services was established in 2020. Our Sault- based team provides Canadian companies and newcomers to Canada with comprehensive talent, immigration and integration services. We are a licensed Staffing/Recruitment Agency (license# BLA-0000007217) recruiting international talent in targeted overseas markets to meet the needs of Northern Ontario businesses. For example, professionals from the US, Mexico, Colombia and Peru are attractive candidates, thanks to international trade agreements that facilitate the work permit process. We help employers retain workers by supporting them through the process of applying for Labour Market Impact Assessments and registering job offers on the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer portals. Given our strategic location, we specialise in support services for the Rural Community Immigration Program. Complementarily, we assist foreign workers to connect with employment opportunities in Rural Ontario where their skills are needed. And, we advise them on a strategy that will help them transition from a temporary worker to becoming permanent residents. We provide licensed immigration services that are compliant with the regulations of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants of Canada (RCIC #709916), supporting prospective immigrants in navigating the changing policies.
