The Seizure and Brain Injury Centre's mandate is to ensue that seizures and / or acquired brain injuries are not the deciding factor in ones choices, chances or opportunities. The centre is a community based agency with membership to epilepsy Ontario, Canadian Epilepsy Alliance and the Ontario Brain Injury Association. The Centre offers weekly programming to survivors such as a coffee club, bowling, walking, crafts, budgeting and cooking classes, volunteer opportunities and a summer camp. The centre also has an onsite resource library with DVD's, video's books, pamphlets and links to other community agencies. Presentations are available. Membership's are available which includes a bi-monthly newsletter.
